Sismo político, con epicentro en Sinaloa, sacudió no sólo los cimientos verbales sobre los que se edificó el régimen del presidente Andrés López Obrador, sino también los pilares para construir el llamado segundo piso de la cuatroté.
El pasado 10 de agosto, Frank Pérez, abogado de Ismael El Mayo Zambada, difundió una carta firmada por su cliente, dando su versión de cómo ocurrió su captura el pasado 25 de julio, movilizando a toda la estructura del grupo político dominante en México, desde el Ejecutivo federal, hasta los gobernadores e integrantes de la próxima administración.
Porque en el documento, difundido en inglés y en español, menciona a un prominente morenista y amigazo del oriundo de Macuspana: Rubén Rocha Moya, gobernador de Sinaloa.
“Joaquín Guzmán López me pidió que asistiera a una reunión para ayudar a resolver diferencias entre los líderes políticos de nuestro estado. Estaba enterado de una disputa en curso entre Rubén Rocha Moya, Gobernador de Sinaloa, y Héctor Melesio Cuén Ojeda, ex diputado federal, alcalde de Culiacán y rector de la Universidad Autónoma de Sinaloa (UAS), sobre quién debería dirigir esa institución. Me informaron que además de Héctor Cuén y el gobernador Rocha Moya también estaría presente en la reunión Iván Guzmán Salazar”, dice el segundo párrafo.
