El miércoles por la noche, Javier Corral, inminente senador morenista, cenaba en un restaurante de la Condesa, cuando tres agentes y el subfiscal anticorrupción de Chihuahua, se presentaron con una orden de aprehensión por los delitos de robo de 98 millones de pesos durante su gestión como gobernador de esta entidad, en 2021.
Corral hizo una serie de llamadas y en un instante llegaron al lugar medio centenar de agentes, de civil, otros con uniforme táctico y armas largas para impedir su detención que tenía respaldo judicial.
Con ellos, también arribó el mismísimo encargado de la Fiscalía de Justicia de la Ciudad de México, Ulises Lara, quien impidió que se hiciera efectiva la orden de aprehensión diciendo que no se había aprobado el acuerdo de colaboración entre las dos instancias.
Le dijeron que sí, y le mostraron el oficio firmado por la misma fiscalía, y les respondió que ya no, que mejor lo fueran a hablar en sus oficinas y marcharon en convoy, Corral en la camioneta del titular de la fiscalía, y al llegar al búnquer, les dijeron que subieran al cuarto piso y allí permanecieron hasta las nueve de la mañana sin que jamás aparecieran Lara ni Corral.
