Para él, las pruebas son un asunto solo de los demás. Florestán.
Madrid.- El jueves de la semana pasada escribí aquí:
El pasado día 30, en la comida familiar de todos los viernes, llegó al mismo restaurant Miguel Ángel Yunes Linares, al que conozco desde años.
A la salida, saludó y soltó: mañana estaré en la cárcel.
-¿Por? –fue la pregunta obligada.
-Porque hay una orden de aprehensión en mi contra y el gobierno la va a ejercer mañana –dijo.
-Pero ¿por qué?
-Es el gobierno de López Obrador. Hay órdenes de aprehensión contra mis hijos y contra mí. Mañana estaré en la cárcel –dijo, y se fue.
De eso, al día de ayer, pasaron once días.
Y supe de él hasta ayer cuando, acompañado de su hijo, el senador panista Miguel Ángel Yunes Márquez, de quien es suplente, llegó al Senado a la sesión que quería aprobar la reforma judicial del presidente López Obrador, al que le faltaba un voto para construir la mayoría calificada de 86, cuando su bloque tenía 85 y el de la oposición, 43.
Necesitaba, como le había venido contando, un Judas que encontró en Yunes, el de la confesada orden de aprehensión que no se cumplió porque la cambió por el voto 86 para darle a López Obrador su reforma judicial, y que se convirtió, por un instante, ya lo desconocerán, en el héroe de Morena y para siempre en el Judas de los demás.
