El lunes 14 de este mes culminó la primera reforma electoral de la presidenta Claudia Sheinbaum.
Ese mismo día, en edición vespertina del Diario Oficial de la Federación, fue publicado el “Decreto por el que se reforman y adicionan diversas disposiciones de la Ley General de Instituciones y Procedimientos Electorales en materia de elección de personas juzgadoras del Poder Judicial de la Federación”.
Menos de una semana tardó la mayoría oficialista en ambas Cámaras en aprobar las iniciativas de la presidenta.
Usando y abusando de su inconstitucional mayoría calificada, la 4T ha convertido al Poder Legislativo federal en una olla exprés, de la que salen todo tipo de guisos al gusto del ex inquilino de Palacio, a cuál más intragable.
En 1986 Manuel Bartlett, entonces secretario de Gobernación convenció al presidente Miguel de la Madrid de emprender una reforma electoral cuyo núcleo fue la ampliación de la Cámara de Diputados, mediante el aumento de curules plurinominales a 200 y la implantación de un sistema que -tendencialmente- sería proporcional, para que el partido mayoritario participara de la asignación de esas curules.
