Pareciera que el Poder Ejecutivo y el Legislativo protagonizaran un escenario de contrapesos diseñado estratégicamente por el expresidente Andrés Manuel López Obrador, desde que se concibieron las candidaturas para influir en el rumbo del país desde las cámaras de Senadores y Diputados y este jaloneo entre dos Poderes de la Unión definirá el rumbo que tomará el tercero: el nuevo Poder Judicial.
El caso más reciente que retrata esa situación fue el intento del grupo de legisladores que encabeza Adán Augusto López, exsecretario de Gobernación, por modificar el proyecto de leyes secundarias de la reforma judicial de Claudia Sheinbaum, para incluir en el texto final una especie de derecho de veto preponderante, primero para el Poder Ejecutivo y luego para el Senado.
El operador de la Presidenta en la Cámara de Senadores, el expanista Javier Corral Jurado, se resistió en todo momento a dejar pasar esas modificaciones en su Comisión de Justicia; por supuesto, informó a su jefa puntualmente de las intenciones que existían de colar ese veto, quien de inmediato atajó el tema desde la nueva conferencia Mañanera.
