LAS HEREDERAS DEL poderoso Grupo Industrial Alfa, Gabriela, Viviana y Carmen Garza Delgado, están promoviendo una demanda internacional contra Banco Santander por tráfico de influencias.
Acusan a su presidenta Ana Botín de utilizar todo su poder y relaciones para seguir obstruyendo que se ejecute una sentencia que obliga a la institución a pagarles unos mil 200 millones de dólares.
Y es que Santander fichó ahora a Abel Chávez Salinas, yerno de la ministra Loretta Ortiz, para que ésta tome el caso oooootra vez y revierta las sentencias que en 10 años han dado la razón a las señoras.
Va ser la tercera ocasión que los abogados Javier Quijano y Víctor Oléa intentan que la Suprema Corte de Justicia de la Nación (SCJN) atraiga el caso: en las dos primeras Arturo Zaldívar les dio palo.
A lo largo del sexenio pasado, Botín trató infructuosamente que Andrés Manuel López Obrador la ayudara: no en vano lo visitó siete veces, lo que al parecer no va ser igual ahora, pues en su reciente estadía no hubo registro de un encuentro con Claudia Sheinbaum.
No se pudo confirmar que Chávez Salinas trabaje para el despacho de Quijano, el abogado externo de Santander al que se le fue de las manos el caso, pero hay muchos indicios de que lo está empleando como ariete.
