En medio del debate por la reforma judicial y de acusaciones por el retraso de jueces y magistrados en sus resoluciones, los poderes Ejecutivo y Legislativo tampoco han acatado las sentencias de la Suprema Corte de Justicia de la Nación (SCJN).
Se trata de siete resoluciones judiciales —algunas vienen desde 2019 a la fecha— que atañen a temas como la regularización de la cannabis; la declaratoria que hizo el presidente Andrés Manuel López Obrador para catalogar proyectos y obras federales como de seguridad nacional, y el traslado operativo y administrativo de la Guardia Nacional a la Defensa Nacional (Sedena).
La obligación de legislar a nivel federal sobre la Ley General de la Consulta, Previa, Libre, Informada, Adecuada Culturalmente y de Buena Fe; una sentencia que obliga al Estado a fortalecer la información pública en materia de vivienda; la obligación de Senado para designar los cargos vacantes en el pleno del Instituto Nacional de Transparencia, Acceso a la Información y Protección de Datos Personales (Inai) y la aprobación de una Ley General de Aguas.
