Al nuevo auditor general del Órgano de Fiscalización Superior de Tlaxcala, Arturo Lucio Salas Miguela, le bastó casi un año para terminar con la credibilidad, prestigio y profesionalismo con que venía trabajando ese ente.
Hoy, por desgracia, existen muchas dudas sobre su trabajo y desempeño y más sobre la probidad del auditor Salas Miguela y su séquito de fiscalizadores que son buenos para crear e inventar observaciones, pero ciegos y malos para aplicar la ley en casos evidentes de violaciones a la ley.
Será que esos chafas auditores se atreverán a observar la violación a la ley que se hizo desde los primeros días de septiembre cuando la gobernadora de Tlaxcala, Lorena Cuéllar Cisneros, designó a su cuñado, Fabricio Mena Rodríguez, como secretario de Turismo.
El caso es un claro asunto de nepotismo si se atienden a los criterios del sistema nacional y estatal anticorrupción y a otros ordenamientos legales como la Ley de Responsabilidades, pues se trata de un pariente por afinidad de segundo grado, es decir, es su cuñado pues está casado con la hermana de la mandataria, Karina Cuéllar Cisneros.
No es posible que no vean esa evidente falta y si inventen observaciones como la que se hizo al presidente municipal de Huamantla, Salvador Santos Cedillo, quien fue acusado por los torpes auditores del OFS se violar la ley de acuerdo al informe contable de los primeros ocho meses del 2024, por según ellos utilizó recursos públicos para organizar eventos oficiales que representaron actos anticipados de campaña.
