Una declaración que pasó desapercibida, pero que dio tranquilidad a los magistrados y jueces del Tribunal Superior de Justicia del Estado, fue la que emitió la semana pasada el secretario de Gobierno de Tlaxcala, Luis Antonio Ramírez Hernández, quien en un evento del Poder Judicial aseguró que en la entidad no hay prisa para poner en marcha la reciente reforma aprobada por el Congreso de la Unión que ordenó la elección popular de jueces, magistrados y ministros.
Los legisladores federales dieron un plazo de seis meses a los estados para que sus respectivos Congresos aprueben las reformas a fin de replicar los cambios avalados a nivel federal, con la salvedad de que podrán optar por hacer la elección de magistrados y jueces en marzo del otro año o a más tardar en el 2027.
A los diputados y a las diputadas tlaxcaltecas el tema no les ha merecido ninguna importancia ni comentario, pues como su labor se limita a recibir órdenes y aprobar todo lo que sea enviado por su jefa la gobernadora Lorena Cuéllar Cisneros, es decir, están a la espera de recibir la línea que les marquen para hacer la reforma local sobre la elección de los futuros impartidores de justicia en la entidad.
Para nadie es desconocido que en la actualidad el presidente de la Junta de Coordinación y Concertación Política del Congreso del Estado, el ex perredista y hoy neomorenista Ever Alejandro Campech Avelar, es un títere y una figura decorativa, porque sin ningún rubor siempre contesta cuando algún legislador le pregunta algo sobre una reforma o situación del Poder Legislativo que “preguntará” a la amiga (la ex diputada Marcela González Castillo) para saber qué dice y si lo autoriza o no.
