No cabe duda que parece que parece que a los funcionarios al gobierno de Tlaxcala le encanta complicarse la vida y generarse problemas que no saben controlar, y uno de ellos es el Secretario de Salud, Rigoberto Zamudio Meneses.
Hace meses detonó una crisis por el tema del Lucas Muecas, que estuvo a punto de costarle una demanda millonaria a su jefa la gobernadora Lorena Cuéllar, luego que la dependencia a su cargo prohibió la venta y distribución de los dulces en escuelas, porque supuestamente análisis clínicos arrojaran que los dulces estaban adulterados con anfetaminas, mariguana, opiáceos y metanfetaminas.
Ahora, les provocó una crisis a los comerciantes de pollos en Tlaxcala por difusión de información oficial sobre el Síndrome de Guillain Barré en Tlaxcala.

“De todas las noticias que vienen ya son de hace dos semanas o de semana y media que vienen dando información falsa”, esto fue lo que, según un líder de vendedores de pollo, les dijo el Secretario de Salud, Rigoberto Zamudio Meneses, durante una reunión en la Secretaría de Gobernación.
