La seguridad en Tlaxcala enfrenta un desafío mayor, no solo por el crecimiento de la delincuencia, sino por la falta de coordinación entre las instituciones encargadas de proteger a la ciudadanía. La Fiscalía, la Policía Estatal y la Coordinación de Comunicación del estado parecen operar en silos, desconectados entre sí, sin compartir información crucial o implementar estrategias conjuntas.
Esta falta de sincronización no solo ralentiza la respuesta ante situaciones de emergencia, sino que también pone en riesgo la seguridad de todos.
Uno de los problemas más graves es la desconexión entre la Fiscalía y la Policía Estatal. Mientras la delincuencia se diversifica y las situaciones de inseguridad se multiplican, es alarmante que estas dos instituciones no intercambien información de manera eficiente.
No es raro que la Policía realice operativos sin la coordinación necesaria con la Fiscalía, lo que puede dar lugar a errores en la investigación, arrestos sin respaldo jurídico adecuado o incluso la falta de evidencia sólida para procesar a los delincuentes.
Por su parte, la Coordinación de Comunicación parece operar en un universo aparte, sin entender que una crisis de seguridad no solo se combate en las calles, sino también en el espacio público. El silencio informativo, la ausencia de mensajes claros y la falta de actualización constante sobre operativos o medidas de seguridad dejan a la ciudadanía en la incertidumbre, abriendo paso a rumores y al pánico colectivo.
En una época donde la información es clave para generar confianza, la falta de una estrategia de comunicación efectiva agrava la percepción de inseguridad. La Coordinación de Comunicación no está desempeñando el papel que se espera de ella: ser el puente entre las autoridades y la población.
Mientras la delincuencia avanza, el mutismo institucional o los mensajes ambiguos envían una señal de desinterés y desorganización.
