Ahora que los presidentes municipales y diputados de Morena se comprometieron hacer efectivo el decálogo para que ciertas acciones impulsadas por el ex presidente de México, Andrés Manuel López Obrador, se cumplan en los gobiernos emanados del partido guinda, valdría la pena ver si en Tlaxcala se van a acatar porque de bote pronto pareciera que se trata de un cuento más o de una burda simulación.
Por ejemplo, en el punto cinco de ese listado de buenos propósitos se establece que: “La corrupción no se tolera. No hay cabida al nepotismo, amiguismo, influyentismo; no aviadores”.
Si será real, entonces porque la dirigente nacional de Morena, Luisa María Alcalde Luján, no aprovechó su estancia en Tlaxcala para pedirle a la gobernadora Lorena Cuéllar Cisneros que lo cumpla y despida a su cuñado Fabricio Mena Rodríguez, quien se desempeña como secretario de Turismo.
El asunto de Fabricio Mena es un evidente caso de nepotismo si se atienden a los criterios del sistema nacional y estatal anticorrupción y a otros ordenamientos legales como la Ley de Responsabilidades, pues se trata de un pariente por afinidad de segundo grado, es decir, es esposo de la hermana de la mandataria, Karina Cuéllar Cisneros.
La dirigente nacional de Morena también le hubiera recordado a la mandataria que Morena no ve con buenos ojos que sean sus amigos los que concentran los contratos de obras a través del empresario poblano Edgar Nava García, quien prácticamente ha provocado que se margine a las empresas tlaxcaltecas.
