Cuando pensamos que no se puede legislar de peor manera, llegan los senadores de Morena y nos dan clases de como no se debe seguir un proceso parlamentario, aunado a que el azar por medio de una tómbola, a la que también Morena le dio vuelta, decidió dejar sin trabajo a 850 jueces de Distrito y magistrados que el próximo año serán sustituidos por personas electas a través del voto ciudadano.
La semana pasada, en el marco de la aprobación a las reformas a la Ley General de Instituciones y Procedimientos Electorales y a la Ley de Medios de Impugnación en materia electoral, que son las que regulan el proceso para la elección de jueces, magistrados y ministros en 2025, los presidentes de las comisiones de Gobernación y Estudios Legislativos en el Senado evidenciaron su desconocimiento del proceso parlamentario.
Por primera ocasión y por ignorancia, las Comisiones Unidas aprobaron una Ley en lo particular y después en lo general, cuando el proceso parlamentario -y la lógica- determina todo lo contrario.
Pero eso no fue todo, el sábado en una sesión a la que no asistieron los senadores del PAN y Movimiento Ciudadano, el azar echó por la borda la carrera judicial y el Senado de la República, a través de una tómbola, determinó que 850 juzgadores se quedarán sin trabajo a partir de 2025 porque sus cargos serán ocupados por personas que elegirán los ciudadanos a través del voto directo. De ellos, 464 son magistrados de Circuito y 386 jueces de Distrito.
