Siendo la seguridad de la población la razón de su creación y principal obligación del Estado, Sinaloa ilustra el fracaso estrepitoso de la cuarta transformación. La claudicación a su responsabilidad se resume en las palabras del comandante de la Tercera Región Militar, general Francisco Jesús Leana Ojeda, sobre cuándo supone que terminará el baño de sangre: “Esperemos que sea lo más rápido posible, pero no depende de nosotros, depende de los grupos antagónicos que dejen de hacer su confrontación entre ellos y que estén dejando a la población en paz para que vivan con tranquilidad. Depende de ellos, son los que hacen las agresiones y los que están cobrando vidas. Nosotros no, al contrario, estamos acá para evitar que tengan confrontaciones y haya pérdidas de vidas humanas…”.
Mientras, con la decena de cadáveres que amanecieron ayer suman medio centenar los asesinatos en menos de dos semanas.
El insolente video-reproche del recorrido por planteles despoblados en la capital estatal y municipios aledaños de la titular de Educación de Sinaloa, Catalina Esparza, incluyó una indirecta acusación de cobardía a profesores y familias temerosos de las cotidianas balaceras:
“Son exactamente las siete con 20 minutos, siete de la mañana. La escuela luce desierta. Es una escuela secundaria de la maestra Vasilisa. No atendieron la indicación que se les dio anoche a los supervisores, solamente para que no digan que no se vino. No pasa nada”, espetó, y presumió haber acudido sin guaruras “porque luego dicen que es peligroso moverse, y yo no veo por ningún lado el peligro…”.
