El Bestiario…El Silencio Cómplice: ¿A quién le importa el ataque
“No podemos, los que aspiramos a ser ministros, llegar por un voto popular. El perfil para llegar a la Corte, los abogados que necesita la Corte, son abogados que necesitan tener un perfil específico, y ese perfil no se puede alcanzar en las urnas”, decía la ministra Loretta Ortiz el año pasado, en el seminario de la Suprema Corte sobre el derecho a la información y la importancia de la transparencia que se realizó en la Feria Internacional del Libro de Guadalajara.
Coincidía entonces con los ministros Margarita Ríos Fajat y Alberto Pérez Dayán en rechazar la tonta y peligrosa idea, pero… ayer inició su precampaña para ser la próxima presidenta del Poder Judicial de la Federación.
En un mitin morenista en que participó también la ministra Lenia Batres ante la sede de la Suprema Corte, Loretta dejó sin calzones las “buenas intenciones” de la iniciativa presidencial.
Con patético descaro, dejó expuesto lo único evidente: que de lo que se trata es que el Ejecutivo, dueño ya del Legislativo mediante su antidemocrática y abusiva sobrerrepresentación, se agandalle al Poder Judicial.
En su destructiva iniciativa, el oficialismo ha cacareado que los juzgadores gozarán de “independencia” cuando “el pueblo” los elija, y que los partidos políticos “no participarán” en las campañas de los aspirantes a jueces, magistrados y ministros.
