La reforma al Poder Judicial de López Obrador, que le aprobarán el miércoles, ha sido limitada a preocupaciones financieras tanto en Estados Unidos como Canadá, en lo que han caído también bancos y calificadoras. Para ellos lo único que importa es lo económico, lo que tiene al presidente feliz, pues para lo que es el fondo de lo que viene, esas son florituras.
Y sí, ayer circuló la recopilación de preocupaciones de Morgan Stanley, CitiBanamex, Bank of America, Fitch Raitings, y en línea, los principales diarios financieros del mundo.
También se han pronunciado contra la reforma, La relatora especial de Naciones Unidas, la Asociación Internacional de Jueces en Roma, la Corte Interamericana de Derechos Humanos y aquí, el Consejo Coordinador Empresarial, la American Chamber of Commerce of Mexico, la Cámara de Comercio de Canadá, Canacintra, Coparmex, barras y colegios de abogados.
Además, facultades de Derecho de diez universidades, empezando por la UNAM, el ITAM, la Panamericana, La Salle, el CIDE, la Jesuita de Guadalajara, el Tec de Monterrey.
Y debo apuntar que lo que parecía un movimiento menor, que así lo desdeñó López Obrador tachando a los trabajadores de ese poder en paro, más de 55 mil, de paleros ha crecido. Y ayer, tras la marcha de estudiantes de CU al Consejo de la Judicatura, de peleles, porque se dejan engañar por sus maestros.
