Señorío Tlaxcalteca… Se concretará o no la venganza contra El
Qué peligrosos están siendo los últimos días del sexenio de Andrés Manuel López Obrador. Tiene todo y, sin embargo, está enojado. ¿Es por las críticas que hacen a sus planes o por el síndrome de abstinencia de poder? Sus motivaciones son secundarias pero las consecuencias son las mismas, profundizándose proporcionalmente al tamaño de su berrinche. No le ha gustado que el gobierno de Estados Unidos, al que chantajeó con la migración, le haya puesto un alto en el tema de la reforma judicial, mostrándose sorprendido por una posición que, sin embargo, la sabía desde los primeros días de junio.
En esos días, poco después de las elecciones que perfilaron la mayoría calificada para Morena y la coalición de gobierno en el Congreso, partió a Washington una delegación oficial encabezada por la secretaria de Relaciones Exteriores, Alicia Bárcena, y el secretario de la Marina, almirante José Rafael Ojeda. El propósito era promover el Canal Interoceánico del Istmo de Tehuantepec con el fin de buscar inversiones estadounidense en el proyecto obradorista. Los funcionarios fueron recibidos por oficiales de alto nivel, pero no había interés alguno en hablar de nada. Lo que querían era enviar un mensaje a López Obrador.
En las diferentes reuniones que sostuvieron expresaron sus preocupaciones por la reforma al Poder Judicial que planteaba el presidente, porque consideraban -la parte diplomática- que lastimaría al Estado de derecho, y que -la parte militar- el diseño propuesto por López Obrador abría la puerta para que el crimen organizado comprara jueces, magistrados y ministros, aumentando su poder y control sobre las instituciones mexicanas. Ese mismo discurso es el que le habían manejado sistemáticamente a la presidenta electa Claudia Sheinbaum los empresarios, banqueros e inversionistas extranjeros que hablaban con ella.
