Poco o casi nada tiene que festejar el ineficiente secretario de Seguridad Ciudadana de Tlaxcala, Alberto Perea Marrufo, quien sigue sumiendo a la entidad en un clima de terror, inseguridad y violencia que jamás se ha visto.
Lo único que puede alardear el capitán de la Marina, es que ostenta el récord de ser el secretario de Seguridad que hasta ahora más ha durado (un año) en la administración de la gobernadora Lorena Cuéllar Cisneros, porque sus antecesores el ex policía federal Alfredo Álvarez Valenzuela, el General Brigadier del Estado Mayor en retiro, Raúl Ruiz García y el ex fiscal de Guerrero Ramón Celaya Gamboa permanecieron pocos meses con tal responsabilidad.
Pero lo que se percibe y preocupada cada vez más a los tlaxcaltecas, es que desde la llegada de Perea Marrufo los delitos de gran impacto se han multiplicado y ninguna estrategia ha servido para ya no diga inhibir a los maleantes, sino para detenerlos y llevarlos ante la justica.
Desde el inicio de la actual administración Tlaxcala se convirtió en un tiradero de cadáveres, lo cual sigue registrándose tres años después. El viernes nos enteramos que en el municipio de Tenancingo fueron abandonados cuatro cuerpos que correspondían a poblanos que según las investigaciones radicaban en la población de Amozoc del estado de Puebla.
