Los Diputados han iniciado el proceso de dictaminación de 18 reformas constitucionales que envió el Presidente de la República el pasado mes de febrero. El plan del gobierno actual (y del entrante), ambos de filiación morenista, es aprobar estas reformas, este mes, en Comisiones, para que en septiembre, ya con la nueva Legislatura y su (probable) supermayoría en el Congreso, se tengan las 2/3 partes de los votos en el Pleno para cambiar la Constitución.
Los cambios en la Constitución serían varios y afectando al sector público, pero principalmente al sector privado, nacional y extranjero. Se está proponiendo: cambiar a todos en el Poder Judicial Federal, con lo que hay dudas sobre quiénes mediarán (arbitrarán) los conflictos entre particulares y el gobierno. En Bolivia, en donde ha acontecido un cambio similar al que se propone para México, los fallos judiciales tienden a favorecer los intereses gubernamentales.
También se está proponiendo desaparecer a todos los organismos reguladores del país, bajar el salario a los servidores públicos, cambiar cómo opera el sector minero, cambiar las reglas para las concesiones ferroviarias, las del sector eléctrico y energético, y hasta el marco reglamentario para definir quién y cómo puede ofrecer internet y telefonía. Sencillamente, las reformas tienen el potencial de afectar a prácticamente toda la iniciativa privada y las inversiones que realizan (o pretenden hacer) en el país.
