El Tribunal Electoral federal (TEPJF) determinó que el presidente Andrés Manuel López Obrador vulneró la equidad en la elección en la que resultó ganadora Claudia Sheinbaum, durante la conferencia mañanera del 12 de abril de 2024, en plena campaña electoral.
Tras analizar una queja del Partido de la Revolución Democrática (PRD), este lunes, la Sala Especializada del Tribunal concluyó que el 12 de abril pasado el presidente difundió propaganda gubernamental en periodo prohibido, realizó promoción personalizada, usó indebidamente recursos públicos y vulneró los principios de imparcialidad, neutralidad y equidad en la competencia.
Durante la conferencia, López Obrador hizo alusión a una obra pública realizada en San José del Cabo y afirmó que se trató de “un compromiso que yo tenía, que cumplimos”. También destacó la reforma en materia de AFORES como un logro de su gobierno. Mientras que hizo alusiones al “bloque conservador” y acusó que hubo un saqueo previo a su gobierno.
