La realidad sigue golpeando al gobierno estatal y demostrando que en Tlaxcala se vive una severa crisis de seguridad. Si los policías estatales que están bajo el mando del mediocre capital de la Marina, Alberto Perea Marrufo, no pueden cuidarse, ni protegerse y ni defenderse, entonces alguien cree que están en condiciones de garantizar la seguridad, salvaguardar el patrimonio de los tlaxcaltecas y comprometerse con la paz social.
La noche del sábado se confirmó la segunda muerte de otro elemento de la Secretaría de Seguridad Ciudadana que fue linchado el pasado 8 de abril en la sección quinta del municipio de Zacatelco a manos de vecinos que la emprendieron contra tres uniformados que llevaban a cabo un operativo para detener a unos presuntos delincuentes que en su huida asesinaron a un taxista.
Ese lamentable hecho que dejó un civil muerto y dos policías estatales ajusticiados (Antonio Hernández Portillo, director de Investigación y Rubén Bernabé Rocha, encargado del área de Análisis Táctico de la dependencia) deja muy mal parada a las autoridades estatales, no sólo porque nunca pusieron en marcha el operativo para casos de linchamiento, sino porque los uniformados fueron incapaces de rescatar a sus compañeros que eran jefes y no simples elementos de tropa.
