A poco más de cinco meses de haber matado a un hombre y su hija de tres años en el municipio de Guadalupe, Nuevo León, autoridades imputaron al presunto responsable de este hecho ocurrido en medio de una fiesta de cumpleaños.
El individuo identificado como Juan Javier, ya estaba internado en el Centro de Reinserción Social No. 1 del Estado ubicado en Apodaca, en donde fue notificado de una serie de tres delitos: Homicidio Calificado, Homicidio Calificado en grado de tentativa y Agrupación delictuosa.
Por lo anterior, el hombre de 44 años de edad continuará tras las rejas mientras su proceso sigue en pie, señaló la Fiscalía General de Justicia de Nuevo León.
